About Shiyue

Hangzhou Shiyue Automation Technology Co., Ltd. provides medical software services to healthcare institutions and health authorities.

Our mission

Make hospital processes more orderly, make expert capability within reach, and let patients wait and travel less.

How we work

We stay close to the departments we serve. Queue rules, screen layouts and consultation flows are decided together with the staff who use them daily, then adjusted after a few weeks of real operation.

We keep deployments maintainable. On-premise or private-cloud installation, documented interfaces to existing systems, and a dedicated operations contact after go-live.

What we hold to

  • Practical over flashy

Only features that truly shorten a queue or a consultation are worth building.

  • Honest scope

Interface work, hardware and timelines are written down before the project starts.

  • Go-live is the start

Implementation is the beginning of the work, not the end of the project.

Training and implementation

Software changes a department only when users are confident. Every go-live includes process review, configuration, training and a dedicated implementation contact.

Implementation phases

  • Review and configure

Review the existing process, set queue rules, screen layout and interface scope, then install.

  • Administrator training

For system administrators: department configuration, accounts and roles, daily operations.

  • User training

Short sessions for registration staff, nurses, sonographers and consultation experts.

Training content

  • Daily operation

Registration, calling, transfer and common exceptions.

  • System configuration

Queue rules, priorities, screen and voice content, notification templates.

  • Report reading

Waiting-time and consultation statistics, and how to read them for staffing and management.

  • Handover and support

Documentation, escalation path and ongoing maintenance contacts.

Partners

We work with hardware vendors, system integrators and regional service providers on a long-term basis to deliver products and implementation services to medical institutions.

Frequently asked questions

Can the system be deployed inside our own network?

Yes. Both systems support on-premise deployment so that data stays inside the hospital, as well as private cloud installation.

Which systems can you interface with?

Interfaces for HIS, electronic medical records, PACS and insurance systems are developed per project, based on the documentation available at your site.

Do we have to buy specific hardware?

No. The software works with common self-service kiosks, display screens and voice components; we provide specifications rather than locked hardware.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on the number of departments and interfaces. A typical roll-out starts with one department, then extends after review.

Is training included?

Yes. Configuration workshops, administrator training and user sessions are included in every implementation plan.
